Meet the founder
Adil Ifthikkaruddin is an aerospace engineer turned educationist, bringing a unique blend of analytical thinking and human-centred leadership to the field of education. With over seven years of experience running a successful learning centre in the UAE and working closely with both traditional and online schools, he has gained deep insight into the diverse challenges educators and institutions face—especially the struggle to find reliable, qualified teachers on short notice.
His work with learning centres, brick-and-mortar schools, and online institutions—both within the UAE and internationally—highlighted a clear gap in the recruitment landscape. This inspired Adil to create SchoolHR, a specialised platform designed to connect vetted educators with schools, nurseries, and online learning organisations worldwide. His goal is to make hiring more human, efficient, and trustworthy, ensuring that both institutions and educators find the right fit.
